This is what you need for approx. 750 ml Raffaello liqueur:
- 12 Raffaello pralines
- 75 g sugar
- 300 ml of cream
- 100 ml vodka – if you want the liqueur stronger, use 200 ml vodka
- 250 ml of milk
Raffaello liqueur explained step by step:
- Raffaello chocolates overnight freeze and finely shred in food the next day. Put the Raffaello pieces in a saucepan with the sugar and cream. Heat for approx. 3 minutes on a medium level, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in vodka and milk. Heat for another 5 minutes.
- Finely sieve Raffaello liqueur and pour into a clean bottle. Close tightly and store in a cool place. Tip: enjoy Raffaello liqueur cold or on ice cubes.
How long does Raffaello liqueur keep?
