Homemade gifts are the best, especially gifts from the kitchen. There you can also prepare the creamy-sweet Toffifee liqueur made from hazelnut confectionery, cream, condensed milk, sugar, and vodka. Filled in a bottle and nicely packaged, it is a great souvenir for many occasions.
Ingredients for a bottle of Toffifee liqueur:
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 15 toffifees
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 200 ml of cream
- 200 ml of vodka
Toffifee liqueur Step 1:
Put sugar and egg in a saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the toffifees, condensed milk, and cream and continue stirring until the toffees have dissolved and a sweet mixture is formed after briefly boiling.
Toffifee Liqueur – Step 2:
Use a hand blender to chop all the ingredients in the pot (although not all hazelnuts can be completely pureed). Then take the pot off the stove and let the Toffifee liqueur cool down.
Toffifee Liqueur – Step 3:
Now pour in the vodka and stir everything well with a whisk. Then pour the liqueur through a sieve and transfer it to a glass bottle using a funnel.
How long can homemade Toffifee liqueur keep?
The finished Toffifee liqueur is perfect as a gift from the kitchen. Make sure to explain to the recipient that the liqueur will keep for 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator and that they can easily divide up the enjoyment. The pure vodka preserves the Toffifees, Sahen, and Co. The sugar does the rest.
