Lemon water

2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cucumber
1 head of celery
Ginger
1 apple
1 lemon

All we have to do is peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces, like the celery head, the apple, and the cucumber. Next, we are going to chop the ginger very finely and put everything in the blender, grinder, or mixer. Finally, we add the juice of a lemon and the spinach leaves. We beat everything until we obtain the desired texture. We put it in the fridge for an hour and that’s it!

  • Milk
  • Sugar

In a grinder, we introduce the coconut, the milk, a pinch of sugar, and another pinch of cinnamon. We grind everything very well and it will be ready. Delicious and healthy!
