Low-calorie cocktails: “Hot punch”


Delicious hot and very comforting punch, perfect and ideal to drink on cold nights. Its ingredients make this drink a very powerful antioxidant and it also contains 186 calories.

45 ml of whiskey.
237 ml of Black tea.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of honey.

Place the water and add the black tea in the same container, let it boil, and then turn it off. Finally, we let it rest for 5 minutes. After this time we mix with the whiskey, lemon, and honey, stir and that’s it.
