White rum (to taste)
6 teaspoons of brown sugar
We start by putting the brown sugar with some mint leaves inside the glasses.
Then we cut each lime into 8 pieces and put 6 pieces of lime in each glass. Now with a mortar, we crush all the content well.
When the lime releases all its juice and has been mixed with the sugar, add the well-crushed ice.
Then we add a couple of shots of bank rum, for each glass. We stir well and fill with sparkling mineral water.
When decorating we can do it with the challenges of the lime and a few leaves of mint, to taste. This cocktail is very good and also the citrus, with which it is made, makes it have an extra contribution of antioxidant properties.
