½ liter of pineapple juice
125 ml. coconut milk
We start by grinding and mixing all the ingredients on the list. The idea is to get a smoothie with a nice and homogeneous texture. Then we put it in the fridge to be able to serve it very cold. When it is time to drink it, we can serve it in cocktail glasses with the edges dipped in egg white and grated coconut. We will also add a slice of natural pineapple.
