250 gr. of tigernuts
125 gr. of sugar
We started with this drink two days before, leaving the tigernuts to soak. After 48 hours we drain them very well and place them in a container. Add a little clean water and grind them with the help of a blender.
Once we have crushed the tiger nuts, we pass them through a puree raisin, then we add the water and sugar, mixing until the desired texture is obtained. Finally, we put the container (s) in the fridge and serve it very cold. What do you think of this drink in the summer?
