1 kg of watermelon
20 fresh mint leaves
30 gr of brown sugar
The juice of 3 lemons
We start by peeling the watermelon very well, removing all the meat and removing the pipes or black seeds. Then we cut the pulp into pieces that we will reserve for later.
On the other hand, we wash the mint leaves and put them in a jar. Then we crush the leaves together with the sugar. Once this is done, we place the watermelon in a blender with the mineral water and the lemon juice. Now we blend very well until we obtain a homogeneous liquid without lumps and light.
Once we have blended everything we add it to the jar along with the sugar and the crushed mint. To finish we add a lot of ice and stir very well. This drink is served very cold, so before doing it we will put it in the fridge and then serve with ice. At least we should put it in an hour before serving.
